Terms of Services

✦ I ensure to my customers/clients to give them a comfortable and safe environment when commissioning me.
✦ I assure my clients to update them every now and then on the art progress.
✦ Incase of a emergency, which will be the result of a failed commission, or fail to deliver within the due deadline, I will inform my clients as soon as possible.
____________________GENERAL GUIDELINES
✦ I have the every right to decline a request, if the request is beyond my limits, or I do not feel comfortable on doing it.
✦ Any artwork I do is my own, therefore I have the right to post the commissioned art as my art samples, or post it around.
✦ Strictly no refunds once the transaction is made, or after the commission is done.
✦ PLEASE NO CANCELLATIONS of order(s) after the sketch has been approved and/or sended a paypal invoice.
✦ Payment must be paid through Ko-Fi 24 hrs under the commissions page.
✦ Do not SELL the commissioned art unless you had the permission to do so.
✦ The client is forbidden to claim the commissioned art as their work, post it around without proper credit (you may only credit me once), trace it, sell, or feed it to AI art.
✦ Clients are encouraged to provide reference (eg: pose, clothing, color paletter etc.). If ever I will design your character, additional fees will be charged.
✦ Payment MUST be upfront unless discussed and agreed upon a payment plan.
✦ STRICTLY NO REVISIONS ONCE THE COLORING/RENDERING PROCESS IS STARTED.
✦ Please do not force me to draw stuff I am uncomfortable at.
✦ My timezone is PST. Responses may vary due to my work schedule, sleep schedule, out of office, and/or sick.
✦ RUSH TAT'S will cost (read Commission Progress below)
✦ Please do not rush me. I work a fulltime job, am in grad school, stream, and have a home life.
____________________ABOUT ART COMMISSION PROGRESS
✦ My turn around time is estimated one week to a month depending on the project and its complexity. When I'm not busy, I may finish the piece within 3 days. (NOTE: TAT depends on the complexity of the request. Illustrations that consists 2 (or more) characters to draw will may take more than a month.)
✦ Rush deadlines will cost.

+$26 If you wished to be delivered within 3-4 days 》
《 Original est. deadline: 1 month,
+$35 If you wished to be delivered within 1 week 》

✦ I will update you (via Discord or Twitter) with the progress. This includes: sketch, lineart, base color, rendering, and more. Upon the sketch progress, Please ensure that you have done revisions. Otherwise, revisions won't be done if the coloring/lineart progress started.
✦ PLEASE keep our conversation respectful and confidential. Do not be rude.
✦ Maximum of (3) revisions only. Additional revisions will cost, but not a few.
✦ DO NOT BE DEMANDING. Ask nicely! Otherwise, improper behaviour will cost you to not commission me ever again next time.
____________________PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE & DO'S AND DON'TS
✦ Under my General Guidelines, I have the right to post the commissioned art anywhere. If the client wishes to not do so. Additional fees will be charged. (+50% of the base price.)
✦ "What is a private commission fee?"
— This is when a client wishes their commission to be private, which means that i am forbidden to post the commissioned artwork anywhere. They're paying for exclusive rights.——
